For TVSA I used editvoicepack to add the name of the airport and had to change the airport info in the AFCAD. The airport is so new that it doesn't show up in ASP4.
The only two issues I've ever had with RS sceneries (I have them all) is that sometimes I lost the AG & the light poles during dusk reduced performance, but Zev has always provided excellent support.

I highly recommend RS sceneries. I'm a fan!
