Hi, I read your message over at the Fenix discord that you are looking for real world A320 pilots and that you are going into beta testing soon. As we simmers are an impatient lot, I wonder if there news about a possible release window? Sincerely, Simon

Hi, when I watched the video on how to use PBE with the Fenix A320, I realized that the in-app panel does not show up. The dark interface launches as expected when clicking on the launch command, but the in-app won't load. It is definitely not a breaking issue as I intuitively used the dark interface to set up the p/b and after that minimizing it. Any thoughts? Most recent version is installed (the one from a few days ago). Best, Simon

One can tell how important FS2Crew became for reducing the workload in the cockpit. I switched to MSFS recently (with the release of the Fenix A320) and the workload for one person in some phases is prone to errors because forgetting something is easy. I am really looking forward to the Fenix A320 FS2Crew module and waiting is so hard 🙂

I am also affected by the FPS loss. At first, I thought it is definitely connected to the main panel of FS2Crew being open (loosing about 10-12 fps) but I remember that I switched to the Navigraph charts option for my first flight. I will check back to the QW option and hopefully it will work like the others suggested. Simon

Dear Robert, thanks for the update! Take your time for fixing your health. In the end, there is nothing else that matters so much. -

Hey,terribly sorry for being so late with my answer, but there is this thing called life.I have tried what you suggested, Brian, and it turned out, that the problem occurs without the FS2Crew panel open.I want to give it another try deleting the keyboard assignments, but if that is not working, I am going to reinstall.Anyway, thanks so far for your help!RegardsSimon

Problem with Radio panel (frequencies)
PhoeniX0302 replied to PhoeniX0302's topic in PMDG 737 NG (Legacy Version)
Hey,sorry for being so late in this post I started.I always start from the default FS9 flight and not from a saved flight. So that might not be the issue. As I posted this issue over at the FS2Crew forums as well, and I did some error checking myself, I will now try to reinstall and see if that helps.Anyway, thank you for your answer!Regards -
Hello everybody,(I have posted the text below in the PMDG support forum as well, but since FS2Crew could also be the reason...)I recently bought the Hat track (something similar to TrackIR) of VRInsight and tried to use it with the PMDG B737NG.Flying online on IVAO I tried to switch frequencies on the radio panel, but it didn't work. Sometimes, after clicking for many times, frequencies are changed but it takes a lot of time. Before you ask, my pc is more than capable of running the this addon.Disconnecting the hat track from the computer, the problem was not solved. Still, I am not able to switch the frequencies.Incidentally, I found out that the keyboard combination of STRG-K is send all the time to the FS. Removing this from the keyboardlayout in FS9 did not help.I also use FS2Crew PMDG Voice Edition, probably it could be the problem as wellHad anyone of you experienced such problem?FS2Crew uses the STRG-K command, but I don't know why it should send it repeatedly. Also strange is the radio frequencies problem stated above.Any suggestions?RegardsSimon Schwenke

Hello everybody, over years I have enjoyed this addon of PMDG, but right now the first (!) problem occured:I recently bought the Hat track (something similar to TrackIR) of VRInsight and tried to use it with the PMDG B737NG.Flying online on IVAO I tried to switch frequencies on the radio panel, but it didn't work. Sometimes, after clicking for many times, frequencies are changed but it takes a lot of time. Before you ask, my pc is more than capable of running the this addon.Disconnecting the hat track from the computer, the problem was not solved. Removing this from the keyboardlayout in FS9 did not help.I also use FS2Crew PMDG Voice Edition, probably it could be the problem....Had anyone of you experienced such problem?RegardsSimon Schwenke

Hey,just bought the PMDG 737 Voice Commander Set for FS9 via the FS2Crew online store system. After I was redirected to Paypal and I confirmed the payment, I received four mails:1. Your order from the FS2Crew online store (one with 'Download files')2. Your order has been updated3. Your order from the FS2Crew online store (a second one with download links)4. Your FS2Crew Activation CodeSo, the problem is, that using the download links does not work for some reason. Your site only says, that'Something Went Wrong...You have requested an invalid product download. Please try again.'Now, is this normal? My order has been confirmed and the mail states that the order has been completed, but my account says, the order is awaiting payment....RegardsSimon

Hey Jim,thanks for your answer. Although I wanted to wait for several clarifying answers, I could not resist and bought ASA yesterday night. I compared the METARs for a certain airport with your datas and thatof other sources, which are up-to-date, as I work as a pilot here in Europe. Those datas appeared to be only 20 min. or so behind the real one, which surprised me because of your answer. I will have another look into it.Anyway, it can be said, that I am pleased by your product and will surely have a nice time enjoying it.Regards,Simon

Hi Ryan, thanks for your answer.I do know that METARs are normally updated every hour. However, I read in the forum that the Hifi-server is only updating every hour. Due to this setting, the weather is only updated, when the time intervall elapsed, but not when the METAR in reality changed as well.As an example:If I fly from London to Frankfurt, I often experienced that the METAR zulu time was on average one hour behind, although the weather in Frankfurt changed and therefore a new METAR was published. This is not happening in ASV6 afaik. Please, correct me if I am wrong.Regards,Simon

Dear Hifi-Team,I currently consider to buy ASA as it seems to be very different from AS6 or even ActiveSky WxRE from which I started years ago.I do have, however, a special question, which answer is important to me...Due to your company server update intervall, METARs were only updated every hour or so. This resulted in different weather situations while flying online. Now, I read, that you do have a new weather server online since January 2007. Are the METARs now updated on a more frequent basis?I.e., will I am able to have weather datas which are more recent to real-time datas?Regards,Simon
