Hope someone can help me on this!! I am using the latest version of Firefox and when I click download the download window comes up then a new window pops open that looks like an encrypted page instead of allowing the file to be zipped to the desktop. I have tried everything I can think of!! IE7 works fine and all other web sites with Firefox download properly. Any suggestions as to the problem?? Thanks for any help !!Wayne
