  1. Thanks for all you answers and advices, but....I know there is some difficulty in the way FS2004 handle turboprop aircraft. I have been away from making changes to aircraft for a while, and thought there had been new knowledge. Some of the turboprop aircraft is allright to taxi with, but most other are nearly impossible. I have made some experiment in turboprop aircraft with TweakFS. It only change the aircraft.cfg file, and sometime it make it a little bit better, and some other times, it makes things much worse. Therefore I think it is in the *.air file.RegardsVikingair
  2. Thanks for the advice. It is done now. I downloaded the newest PSP X2 from Corels homepage, opened the files, and saved it in PSD format. And then, no problems to open the PSD files in my PSP 8.Once again, Thank you.RegardsHenrik
  3. I have big trouble with controlling my speed, then I taxi my turboprop aircraft. Both the standard King Air 350, and by all other downloaded on the net. The the problem is, the speed increase up to about 25-30 kts, even with the trottle in full idle position.I use a joystick there I can control the engine and the propeller individual. I have no problems with piston engine aircraft with changeable propellers. The 2 controllers for engine and propellers works fine, then I am in the air. There have to be some parameters in the *.air or aircraft.cfg to tweak? I have tried to change some of the parameters, but it doesn't change much.
  4. Found a paint kit for the Embraer 120 by Erick Cantu (e120pkpp.zip, found here at avsim.com). Sadly for me, it is written to Paint Shop Pro v.9.1. I only have version 8, and therefore I can't open the files. Are there other paint kits for the plane out there, or made a version for PSP 8.0? I haven't found any one yet.Regards Henrik
  5. Does any one know, if there are blank paint kits available on the net for Liederdesigns buisness jets? I have found one for the ASTRA Westwind II, but I'm looking for the Gulfstream G100, Falcon 7X and 900. I found out, that www.liederdesign.com doesn
  6. Hello There!I'm new in FS design. I have found a tutorial by Ron Anderson, to make a Cessna 185 aircraft. I will try to make that aircraft for a beginning.I use FSDS v.3, but I think the tutorial is older, and there for I have a question. In the working window, you have 4 views. In FSDS v3, you have top, side and back view as working windows. In the tutorial the back view is front view. Maybe only a minor detail, but any way, is it possible to change my back view to a front view?RegardsViking
  7. Do someone here have experience with FS Architect. I have bought it for about a month ago. I bought it, as it looked a little more simple than other complex programs to build airports in. Maybe it is my skills, but I have problems with simple things as fx appron, texture and so. And there is no manual following the program, and a very awfull support. Something I didn't know, then i bought the program.Have someone here build an airport from scratch with FS Architect. I't don't have to be a very detailed one. Just a person with experience in FS Architect, which I could ask some questions.RegardsHenrik Viking
  8. Can anyone help me? I want to make my own fictive airport, in an area, which not have any airport in the real world.I use FSSC, there I have flattern and excluded an area, there I want my airport. I have flattern the ground to 0 feet above sea level. And thats work fine. The ground level is then 0 feet in FS2004. I then place the runway at the flattern area (also with FSSC), set the runway preference to 0 feet, but the runway is floating in 16 feet, which is the standard height in FS2004 in that area.I have also tried to use AFCAD, to place the runway in the area (still with the flattern used in FSSC), but it's the same. The runway is floating 16 feet above the ground. Can anyone help me?Best regardsHenrik
  9. Hi Arno!I think I understand the point know. Yes it is autogen objects, which is the problem. I will now try to understand how I make a VTP polygon, so I can exclude the autogen.Thank you for your patience and good advices.CheersViking
  10. Hi Arno!I have now installed MSXML, and now it generate a *.bgl file. BUTTTT there are still objects like trees, houses and power lines in, on and around my airport.I have tried to run bglcomp.exe from the dos prompt, and it don't come with any errors.Have I missunderstood something? That I'm doing is to make my own airport a place where there not have been one before. I mean, is Excbuilder only to disable objects around an excisting airport in FS2004?I
  11. Hi Arno! If you can compile the xml, then it may be something I need on my computer.I have linked the bglcomp.exe, in the menu in excbuilder, as I have to. I have installed bglcomp.xsd in my excbuilder library.(is it correct?), installed fsconnect.dll in my FS2004modules library. Have I missed something? Do I need anything else installed? I'm really frustrated, I have tried and tried different things, read really many fora, but can't find the answer. I hope you can help me? Best regards Viking
  12. Hi Arno!Tried replacing comma with dots (for don't now how many times now), but it seems not to work for me. Have you any suggestions? Have you tried my *.xml list, and generated it to a *.bgl file?Best regardsViking
