  1. I can't see how having six displays on a single FSX machine might be useful. Stretched view over six windows doesen't give the right proportions and depth of field. The best solution is still having a TH2GO off an Nvidia output and maybe a second one off the second if you need extra monitors (Or install a second video card, thing I would prefere). Perfomance will be quite better then ATI in FSX anyway.
  2. I think that the solution is simplier then you think Myatan. FSX, since born, is an Nvidia aware software and only because of the different ways that Nvidia and ATI chose long time ago to use the steam processors. FSX LIKES Nvidia minor number but larger steam processors against many and smaller of ATI. Benchmarks tell that new EYEFINITY are good and faster then Fermi, right, but they don't take into account FSX. This IS NOT A GAME, this is a simulator and even in many areas bad developed. Simply this software likes what NVIDIA cards offer more then ATI. There's no real problem with it. If you want a good all around system you can go with EYEFINITY and you won't be disappointed with FSX too, but if you want the EXTREME fps and fluidity for the simulator then you'll have to choice GTX470/480. As now as that's all.I used try many different cards out since 2002 and what I can tell you is that even when ATI beat by generic FPS benchmarks Nvidia cards, the latter video quality and smoothness' with microsoft flight simulator products has been always better. And that's why 80% of simmers still use and will use Nvidia. Until ATI won't come with something more customized to meet our hobby needs.
