Dear Sir I have the737NGX boxed version1.00.3219 and I would like to know how to download liveries, (I have the liveries from the disk) In the site of PMDG it says to go to the Operations Center located in the start menu, but I don´t have it. And another thing with this version 1.00.3219 do I need to download any Service Update? Thank you Carlos

Dear Sir. I have the MD11 in FS9 and when in flight in the virtual cockpit the engines sounds are very high (even if I set the sounds volume in the FS9 to low) I almost cannot hear the ATC . Is there any solution for this? Thank you. Carlos

Thank you for your reply, but I d'ont understand what you mean "try moving closer to the MCP?" I can move the mouse all over the cockpit but the pointer (in this case the HAND) DON'T let me have any action in the the cockpit, I put the mouse over the MCP but no result. Sorry if I make anything wrong but the mouse works with all the other aircrafts.(IFLY and Aerosoft) Carlos

Dear Sir After I had installed some new liveries the mouse freeze in VC Cockpit (most of the times when the aircraft is landing) the rest of the time the mouse is good. The mouse pointer changed to a HAND and when I put it over any control of the VC Cockpit nothing happens, I do not have any control at all.The mouse remains with the HAND symbol. If I changed to the 2D Cockpit it works. I have other add ons installed but this situation only happens with the PMDG MD-11 I would like to have a solution for this problem because I love to fly with the MD-11, and now I c'ant do it anymore. Dear Sir Last month I posted a Topic related to mouse freeze on the MD-11 (and only with this add-on), and until now I don´t have any help. I had checked with my friends and I had a few replys to sove this big problem. The SOLUTION IS THIS: The registry of the MD-11 is damaged (I don´t know why) and it causes the mouse fo freeze. So I uninstalled the MD-11 (with the uninstall program) DO NOT MANUALLY DELETE FILES. Then make a clean install of the MD-11, load the cessna default and then the MD-11 ant that´s it it works no more mouse freeze. If this can help anybody I will be happy. Dear Sir I have the MD-11 for FSX (boxed Version) wich I bought it 2 years ago and I never had any problems with it, until now. I dont´t know why but the mouse freezes during the flight or when the aircraft is landed and I can´t continue with the flight I have to restart the computer. It only happens with the MD-11 I have other aircrafts (the Ifly 737NG) and the mouse is normal. Can you help me please because I love the MD-11. Thank you Carlos

Dear Sir When I want to dump fuel from the MD11 I push the dump fuel valve on the upper panel but nothing hapens the fuel remains the same. Is there any other buton to push? I check in the manual but the only one I saw was the one that I pushed. Can you help me? Thank you My name is Carlos

Thank you PMDG Team for this excellent aircraft I have the super MD11 and for me (retired pilot of the Portuguese Air Force) your aircrafts are almost like the real ones, is the best simulation in the market I just hope this new 737/800 will be in our hands very soon. Dear Sir I want to buy the PMDG MD-11 and my question is: is it necessary to have the SP2 installed in the FSX? I have the PIC 737 in the FSX (Windows XP) and when I installed the SP2 this add on becomes strange (slow frames rates and bad graphics), so I removed the SP2 and everything returns to normal good graphics and the frame rates 40-50. When I installed the SP2 I allready have the 737 in the FSX. Is there any method to install the SP2? (I have the SP1 installed). Thank you to all
