Hello I am little bit shy to say how I solved the problem, but I will be honest and tell that in here. After I did re-install my FS9 and more then 93 Scenerys, I never had to insert my Password from the Log-In from my Account. Always I get a Key! So, PMDG asked me, to insert the Email Address at puchase time, and the Order number. Then the Password, and I always thought, that this should be a Key. But it was my password from the Log-In at PMDG Homepage. I just try, and after I click Validate its was working. That is how I solved the problem. Thank you all anyway for the help. Hello I have to re-install the B747-400F (B747-400 installed alreday) but when I insert the Key Code, it says is not valid. I find my Details on PMDG Homepage after Log-In, I have the Order Number, but no valid Key. On the instalation setup shows, must be a 5 Digit number! Where can I find this number? Hi,go to the Menu PMDG!Then choose GENERAL-KEYBOARD COMMANDSIn Command Category you choose Doors-747.Then you can assign Keyboard command for every Door. I set Ctrl.+A for the Door Entry 1 left.But this is up to you.

Hello,thank you @ all for try to help me.As first, the Gear Lever is OFF, so Gear are retracted and that is not the problem.TAT is since I fly with PMDG 747 not show correct, but I also think that is not the problem.Why?Because my problem that I loose Altitude happends only when I have turbulence. In normal weather conditions, I dont have any problems.In real I would say, some Cargo load moove because not fixed well, but in Flightsimulator I dont thinkthat its modelled.I try to disactivate the virtual station in ASE, and try again.But I wanna say again, this problems happend only in heavy turbulence.If the weather nice, I dont have any problems, the flight will be as programmed without any failure.Thank you.Kind regards, Stephan Ricci, LSZH

Hi,as first I like to tell that my english is not so well, so please sorry for that.I flow from NTAA to VHHH, everythings works perfect for the first 4 hr.With 396t Takeoff weihgt and 171t of fuel (ZFW 225t) a nice take off. Stepclimb allways by FMC to the OPT, start at FL300 till FL340.Then the weather change, after 4 hours flight. I overflow a thunderstorm. Very nice turbulence, let go up and downthe aircraft and the wings, let me feel as I seat inside the plane.But then, power go up and down too, allways stall warning come. I change from LRC to CON, this setthe power to 103%.But the aircraft still loose altitude, even pitch is on nearly 10°. V/S is about 600ft/min.,Then LNAV disactivated by his self, and light go on changing between SPD-FLCH-THR.I did disactivate the turbulence in FS Menu-Option-Weather, I close ActiveSky, with the hope to get nice weather.Nothing change, the plane still go down, and I can bring under control at FL200.I deceide to land, after fuel dump at PGUM. This, because I fly online on VATSIM.FSUIPC Wind smooth is 1kt per 1 second, smoothing only when airborne is on.I dont have fuel inbalance.Anyone know whats happend? I would like to fly also with turbulence, but in this case, I dont have any feelinganymore to fly.Thank you for your help. Also german welcome.Kind regards, Stephan Ricci, LSZH-Zurich

Hello Dan,so sorry, that i didnt reply you and give you an answer.I did post my problem in a german forum, because my english is in technical not so ggod.My cockpit going to be dark just after take off and gear up. the sound i can hear, and in the background the FS9 still run, but I cant activate or do something with my Mouse, even with my keyboard.Kind regards, Stephan from Zurich

Im apologize for my english, its not very well.I would like to ask something:I had some problem with my PC, and I did clean it and Restart it new. The PMDG 747 I did save it on a CD, for Reinstall it after.( I did download it online an pay by Credit Card 2 weeks ago )Now when I want to install the PMDG again, a small window open with following words:ERRORD:/FS2004/Aircraft/PMDG 747-400/Aircraft.cfdcould not be opened.What I do wrong?
