    20 is the limit. Some of us reached it within the first month of release.
     
    It really doesn't mean much to me though as I never did the challenges or any of the arcade type stuff. The only thing you can increase now are your experience points and your aerocache count. The EP's are another thing that doesn't mean anything to me. I do , however, try to catch all of the aerocaches as they come available.
