I can not get the Carousel INS to work in RFP 747-200 it doesn't say which switch to turn on to activate the unit I have enter all the waypoints and get the green lite ready for Nav. put the switch in the Nav mode. When flying wit autopilot which switch couples the INS to the Autopilot. I also have the #1 Carousel INS switch turned on. Any help would be a great.Thanks Doug Walker

I uploaded a attachment but I have no idea where it went The error code says Warning unable to locate airport data file. And in the up left hand corner in the pink or red area it says Simtrack I will have to work on how to attach the picture

I keep getting this error code when I fire up FS9 ( unable to locate airport data ) have no idea how to get it back. Anyone have any thoughts on this. Thanks Doug.

Thanks for the responds it works like you explained but it is a learning curve for me as I haven't flown the Aibus that much and the system is a lot different than other A/C that I have. Just one more question I get a hard left rudder when taxing and even while flying which cause the A/C to slip even when the autopilot is engaged if I center it it will stay that way for 5 to 10 sec. then go hard left again. I have to hold right pressure on the axis of the joystick to keep is centered do you know of any problems like this? And if so is there a fix for it. Thanks Doug

I have tried everything and I'm to slow to get it I have not been able to get the course for the VOR or the ILS. When I select the VOR or ILS it will always show a course of 340 degrees I think and the needle for the VOR never moves, the needle for the ILS does but is aligned with the course which is 340 so if I align with a runway of 05 the needle will be off 25 degrees. I know that it has something to do with the FMGC management system I put the departure runway in and the arrival runway in but the course never changes on the NAV Display along with the VOR selection . If this makes any sense to someone out there I would be grateful for some insight on how to make it work. I have had the Airbus 320 for a long time but have never really got into it until now . Thanks, I seen the stabilizer incidence gauge moving but not the trim for the elevator Thanks for the quick reply and as far as the joystick utility goes it never worked for me I could not get the save button under the cap to work with a joystick that it recognized. Again thanks glide

The joystick will not even work properly with the joystick enabled I have no trim on the elevator which I think is a must an no flaps and no gear retraction I have hooked different joysticks up with the same problem any help I hope? I like the model as it beats a lot of the payware products that I have purchase. Again Thanks Doug

I don't know if this is the right spot for this I have the Yak 42 which is very impressive I have got most of it down but I can't get the joystick utility to recognize my joystick The joystick setup works fine with the IL62 and the TU 154 and if I use the default joystick set up in FS9 some of the items will not work like flaps, gear and all the trims.
