HiIve got the 800/900 base package and the latest service pack 1B.I would like to install the 600/700 package and was wondering is it simply a case of installing the 600/700 and its playable straight away?Is it simply install the base 800/900, then service pack 1B then 600/700 package?CheersWayne Aisbitt

Hi Just a quick one... I wondered if it was normal to keep the A/T in when doing a manual landing? Or is it best to take out the A/T aswell when you D/C the autopilot? Did a landing into EGAA earlier and was very gusty i kept the A/T in as i always do and was hand flying the approach but it was constantly chasing the speed and the A/C became very unstable and had to go-around. Ive tried to find something in the manuals but cant seem to find what Boeing suggest Cheers Wayne Aisbitt

Hi Ive just uninstalled fsx as per the instructions on the PMDG support section Ive just put disc 1 in (gold edition) and it gives me the option to uninstall or repair?? i cant uninstall it just comes up with a error message and it will only let me repair. any ideas would be appreciated Wayne Aisbitt

Will that be a problem as my LCD is not a widescreen i dont think its only 17inch...will the displays be somewhat out? Think i can do 16:9 and in the sim i run 1280 1032 32bit for the screen something along those lines! cheers Wayne

Hi Before i go ahead and buy this excellent a/c i would like to know if i can use the 2D panel on my monitor as ive heard all sorts of things regarding if the 2D panel can be used on a normal LCD screen. I dont do VC, tried it dont like it. I use a Packard Bell 17inch LCD screen, manufactured in 2004 and ive used it ever since for fs2004 and fsx with know problems. will this be ok for the NGX in 2D Cheers Wayne Aisbitt

Just realised....my vista is 32bit and o the windows website it says you cannot upgrade from a 32bit to a 64bit so guess i need a new computer or not?...please give me some advice guys thanks wayne

Just out of interest, i run windows vista premium 32bit...if i wanted to upgrade to windows 7 64 what else would i need to change in my computer for example motherboards etc etc?? cheers Wayne

Word Not Allowed... Thanks for that link....To be honest i tend to do alot of flying to regional UK airports from EGNT, farthest i may go is LEPA and that is with default scenery. I very rarely fly in places like EGLL etc so im hopefull of a good performance...my sliders are far from being maxed out so im hopeful of good FPS. Ive heard alot about adding things into the FSX CFG however when ive dont this in the past i go to the free flight area and its a black area where the a/c should be!! so i always go back to the original FSX CFG. Hi Thanks for replies...really only 10-18 FPS...i fly the MD11 and get 30+ with medium scenery settings and REX...my system is 2 years old and i really cant afford to upgrade just yet. Im hoping i'll get around 20+ if i can configure everything correctly cheers Wayne
