I have an i7 37770k at 4.5 GHz with an EVGA 680GTX with a Zalman cooler at 75 deg max core temp and 8Gb RAM 2133 MHz. Does anyone have a feel for what improvements are gained upgrading to a 780 GTX? I currently run FSX with ASN, Megascenery Earth the PMDG 737 NGX, F1 King Air 200 or F1 Mustang. Thanks Louis

In practical terms, what difference will a simmer see inside FSX with the more complete data base? I frequently do LPV approaches in the F1 King Air or Mustang and all of the approach plate information seems available with Navigraph. Thanks Louis

Does anyone have experience upgrading from 680gtx to 780gtx? Would you expect better visual quality and smoothness and steadier frame rates in heavy weather? Thanks

I am considering upgrading my almost 4 year old Core2 Duo E8400 machine. I like the reviews of the i5 2500k cpu. However I am a little lost when it comes to the graphic card. I was considering an Nvidia based 560ti or 570 card.Any suggestions are appreciated.ThanksLouis

I read the review of the Dash 8 and I am interested in adding it to my collection. When I go to the Majextic web site my IE displays a security certificate warning and recommends not entering the site. Has anyone purchased thru the Majestic site, and were there any security issues?ThanksLouis

I have noticed on a few flights the weather reported on ASX and reported in the ATIS covers only a part of the airport. For example at KSLC the visibility was reported as 2 sm, but south of the field the actual visibility was greater than 10 miles, but once 1000 feet down the runway the visibility dropped to 2 sm.Is the a method to set the weather fully arounf the airport?ThanksLouis
