  1. A little too quick on the solution. Restarted and no traffic, but enroute radio calls to other a/c. Upon landing, the destination was full of traffic, but on next restart from that airport...nothing again, and this time no traffic at the destination either, but I was hearing inflight radio again and even had an in flight visual on other traffic. Hmmm....
  2. I think I found the problem. I had FSX open when I ran the Vox indexer and I think it didnt update. Ran it again with everything closed and poof...traffic again.Larry
  3. For some reason VoxATC is calling all barometric pressures as standard, during Atis, handoffs etc. Thought it was ASA but now even microsoft weather is wrong (the green atis scroll at the top is correct thoughLarry
  4. Just installed the upgrademyself and experiening the same problem. Indexer runs, traffic density 100%, no aircrafy at any gates. Still see occasional general aviation stuff though. Not sure what the problem is.
  5. Just started having a similarproblem. ASA worked fine since I installed it but now theinitalload window comes up,goes throught the internet, station etc bar and when complete only shows on the task bar. No window appearson the screen and I cannot select it from the task bar. I tried uninstalling it and manually deleting the files described above but no chane. I did notice there is no log file present anymore in the homefolder. Only recent change was an upgrade to a new version of FSUIPC 4.5. Tried rolling back version toprevious FSUIPC but no change.Larry
  6. Just a few other suggestions (I really like the product)Multiple parallel runway use for departures and arrivals (seems to work at some airports but not others)Departure control must be more efficient. Some wait lines become enormus. Get those plane into position as soon as landing/departing a/c are past the taxi and hold runway position.Ground cntl shold be calling for taxi and hold based on other a/c on the taxiways to prevent intersection collisions etc Landing traffic seems to magically disappear on approch. I suspect voxatc is trying to avoid a traffic conflict but conflict is sometimes a good thing, keeps it interesting.Need to see AI traffic for a much larrger radius when airborne.mix up those departure altitudes and transponder codes (6000 feet and 3030 are kinda boringIntermitant weather holds would be nice. (not scheduled holds or nothing)Stop trying to vector me into hillsides in moutainous terrain. I know I can program a sid/star, but some terrain avoidance should be built into the atc vectors.Hoping for and even better productLarry
  7. Im using the FSX version. It seems that the AI visually is limited to a rather small radius (such as the airfield itself. I was watching a departure yesterday and it seemed to just blink off at 1-2 thousand feet. Also noted no other contrails at altitude on a flight yesterday (and this is at 100% vox ai settings). It seems the planes are there since the atc is quite busy with them, I just cant see them unless they are pretty close by. If I just use the MS ai, I can usually spot several contrails at altitude.
  8. New user and a little puzzled how Vox manages AI. Im using AierNav to generate the Traffic files and while I can see a/c on the ground, taxing and landing etc. I rarely see a plane while in the air. ATC is constatly talking and vectoring the AI, but especially at night, the skies look empty.
