  2. Hi, My Prepar3D launches ok, but freezes within seconds of the full screen airplane at startup. I cannot even launch the taskbar manager (Win7 64)...need cold restart the machine. No issues with FSX (works fine) Installation & activation went fine, with DirectX & .NET client installed ok during setup. Launched as Admin & Prepar3D froze after the full screen airplane appears. Same freeze everytime I launch Prepar3D. - To correct the problem, I did the following: I did a REPAIR option during using Prepar3D Setup from flat installer run as admin Installed Directx 9c from Microsoft site Removed .NET framework 4.0 extended & client Reistalled NET framework 4.0 extended & client downloaded from Microsoft Disconnected rudder pedals, throttle (both CH) & Saitek yoke After all that...Same freeze within seconds of the full screen airplane at startup. I also attempted running in Win7 compatibity mode but same freeze happens as well. - Any Suggestions Would Be Appreciated, please thxs System Win7 Ultimate- 64bit P67-Asus Sabertooth I7-3930k (no overclock) GTX580 16GB Ram Nvidia latest driver No issues with FSX
