Thanks for the reply. I've emailed the pmdg support address as you've suggested. No bounce back yet. In fact I've received confirmation the PMDG has received my email. Hope it can be processed as normal in spite of using the supper address instead of the updateme address. I misspelled the "manuals" part of the email address with "manuls". Wooops!

I am currently trying to re-download the 737 series to my computer. I have followed the instructions on emailing all requested information to [email protected] in order to receive a new download link. The issue is that I keep getting a failure from the mail delivery system citing: Technical details of permanent failure:DNS Error: Domain name not foundIs the server down or has the email been changed.
