Thanks for the reply. I've emailed the pmdg support address as you've suggested. No bounce back yet. In fact I've received confirmation the PMDG has received my email. Hope it can be processed as normal in spite of using the supper address instead of the updateme address. I misspelled the "manuals" part of the email address with "manuls". Wooops!
