Thanks for the reply. I've emailed the pmdg support address as you've suggested. No bounce back yet. In fact I've received confirmation the PMDG has received my email. Hope it can be processed as normal in spite of using the supper address instead of the updateme address. Thanks again,Reynaldo RamonPS...this is the original email i sent to the updateme email address in case it helps you in any way. PSS... I think I figured out my problem. I misspelled the "manuals" part of the email address with "manuls". Wooops!

I am currently trying to re-download the 737 series to my computer. I have followed the instructions on emailing all requested information to updateme@precisionmanuls.com in order to receive a new download link. The issue is that I keep getting a failure from the mail delivery system citing: Technical details of permanent failure:DNS Error: Domain name not foundIs the server down or has the email been changed.
