  1. Chris and the rest of fellow pilots, I guess I can submit a ticket but from the sound of it, if PMDG is unable to replicate our situation on their systems, then I am a little concerned it won't get addressed and fixed. Is this issue going to distract me from flying this bird? Absolutely not. It's an incredible model/simulation but investing in a product like this, we would like to know that every part of the NGX is working as it should. Believe me, I know producing a product such as this demands countless hours of work from PMDG. I hope maybe in SP1, a certain code from the fix will trigger the NAV issue to dissappear! That would be cool. I'll try to submit a ticket myself. Thanks!Andrew
  2. Yes, this also happens to me as well. I don't have to be at a particular location, just any location. I'll set up both NAV radios to receive separate VOR signals and with the green CDI courses displaying on the MAP/Navigation Display. That's when I noticed a reduction in FPS (loss of 8-10). WIth my system, my FPS with the NGX is acceptable. But as soon as I utilize both NAV radios as a describe before, I loose FPS. One thing I did to help my FPS loss as an option to use both NAVs, I selected on the EFIS above Navigation display "CTR" to display the round compass "HSI" presentation. This option removed the course lines within the display and seems to not affect my FPS. As far as I notice. Andrew
  3. Mr. Roth,I am using Yahoo for email, as indicated on my account. I didn't get the "automated" reply as well. I am at work at this time so when I get home, I will update my account and supply my "gmail" email address instead of the Yahoo. Thanks for your response.Respectfully,Andrew Z.
  4. PMDG, I do apologize for using the forum here for a question I sent via email direct to your customer support. I am not sure if you attempted to send me a response to my email address concerning a request to re-activate my download copy (activations ran out). I know that certain emails like yahoo, gmail, etc. tend to pose problems when sending a response back. Again, I really apologize and embrace the JS41 for what you all have done to create an aircraft simulation so in depth (just like your 747 and MD-11) but I don't know what to do to get myself flying again without having to re-activate the software.Respectfully,Andrew Z.
