Hi I am trying to learn how to fly the J4100 I am doing the tutorial now,my question is when I get plan into the FMS and I save the flight in also the flight simulator, or would it be better to save the plan in the FMS, also I have a lot of flickering on cockpit screen,anyone know why this is. Hi I had to to reinstall PMDG737ngxas I was having a problem with it locking up, every thing seems to be ok on except on my oil gauges,does not show the numbers on it,I was trying to find something someone had sent that when you uninstall and reinstall,yor have to make sure everything was uninstalled on this plane could anyone tell me what folders I have to check to make sure everything has been taking out. would it hurt if I just installed PMDG737ngx without taking out all files. I have windows8 64bit in fsx.anyone else flying this plane with windows8, without any problems,PMDG does not have support for windows8. thanks Vergil Marquardt

Hi When I am making a flight plan on FMC,I get some of the information in ok,but before I finish with FP the computer locks up,the screen dims way down you can still see the plan,but it just sets there,and you can not type any thing else in. this has happen several times. any body have this proiblem thanks Vergil Marequardt

Hi Ryan Just wanted to let you know that the 2 tutorials you wrote are good,and I did fly the routes ok, but I can find the knobs,instrutments a little faster as he tells you where to find them,also explains what each one does,other wise like I say yours is good also. hope I did not offend you in anyway,the PMDG 737 NGK is a fine airplane. thanks Vergil Marquardt

Hi I have been flying the 7378ngk for about coupleof weeks now and no problem,now I cannot get plane to show up on tutorial 1 or 2 this only happens on PMDG 737ngk palnes, I had installed 2 liveries, I do not think this had any thing to do with it. any body got a idea what might be wrong. thanks Vergil Marquardt

Attn Ryan Maziarz or anybody connected with PMDG I am about to give up trying to get into the new support for PMDG,,I have sent e-mails to them but they just come back and tell to go to the new support portal I get support and click on support desk, below is what I get, I have done this many times and I still do not get the emails that they are sopose to send me,so I can click on the emails to verify my account. { email address verification is required to access parts of this site, click here to resend the verification email then I get this, The verification email has been resent click on the link within the email to verify your account. I have registered and gave them my user name so I sopose that is what they are trying to verify. I have checked all by virus checkers and I have not got anything blocked, I realised you do not have anything to do with support,but I do not know what to do as I cannot get into support and they will not help me unless I go thru them all I trying to do is see if My CD for the PMDG 747-400 has been sent via U.S.mail, I ordered it on Aug 29 2011and today is sept 11th,if they did send it it must be lost in the mail. Hi I finnaly got FSX back running,but now my 3rd party planes are sholwing up,but I get the following format. Publisher couldnt be verified ae you sure you want to run this software Pubisher unknown, Run or dont run. looks like you have to click on all the guages,what would take sometime for planes to work,all my default planes work ok. Anybody got any s what is wrong or what I can do. I took alll my3rd party planes off, and reinstalled but still have the same problem thanksvergil Marquardt

Hi Kendall thanks for help,task mgr says FSX is running,but it only runs for about 15-20 seconds and then goes off,task mgr goes off too.I tried clicking on FSX on the main FSX,still does not come on,any other ideas or suggestions,I see your from Minnesota,so am I thanks Rocky4

Hi I have had FSX for sometime and never has a problem with it until now,When I click on the icon to start FSX,it comes on,I use asminstrator rights also,the icon stays on for a few mins then it goes off,I have turned off my my virus checker,that does not help,also I loaded disk 1 and disk 2 to do a repair,and that did not do anything, I was looking in the control panel and I see where it shows M.S. flight sim X acceleratorno-10.00.61637.0 is installed,is this the full program FSX and accelerator,or is something missing. I am using windows 7.would apprfeciate any help,I just cannot think of anything else to do except uninstall and reinstall. thanksRocky4
