Yes, that effect can be found in C:\Users\xxxxo\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Official\OneStore\fs-base-effects-legacy\effects the full name is FX_ASOBO_HEAT_BIG.fx and also is present there the .....SMALL.fx so I don't know why is not depicting but a few days before unistall A320fbw there was showing, this is annoying!! and like you said, is still present too in FSLTL folder.
  2. Hello avsim forums guys, I have some issue related to A320FBW heat blur apu and engines heat. I had to uninstall this plane because another issues before, with older installation heat exhausts animations were ok, but no that I have installed again this bird, suddenly I have no more heat animations, not for APU nor for engines, what´s missing?, please help, I love that heat blurried animations. I have last update for MSFS: 1.31.22.0 windows 10. Thanks in advance guys

Hey friends of avsim forums, I have an issue, a couple of days ago, I did a update of PMDG Operations center from v 1.0 to v2.0, and now when I try to install liveries downloaded from avsim liveries in ptp format, shows up a message that livery is not installed and failed the installation, this is very annoying. With old version of Operations center I did install every single one liveries of avsim liveries for my PMDG 737NGX. What maybe is the problem? Please help me out Thanks in advance I have installed PMDG 737NGX running on P3Dv4.5 (everything was great before PMDG O.C v2.0 update)

  5. REX sky force is not used anymore, currently i'm using envtex, i'm going to try with default shaders, thanks !!. I reverse to default P3Dv4 shaders, and then apply new shaders of rd preset 1.8, nothing change, sharp line appears anyway. Again i'm not using Rex sky Force, anymore, Do I have to unistall it maybe?

Hey dear fellows of avsim forums, from time ago I've been experienced an annoying problem when clouds in the skies, strange straight lines casted on gorund when I'm out cockpit and panning the camera and also inside cockpit , I have tested changing the cloud distance draw in active sky P3DV4 but nothing happen, problem is still present, please help!!, My specs are: Intel I5-8600K @ 4.7ghz., 16Gb ram T-Force, SSD disk 1TB, graphic card Asus Nvidia GTX 1070ti ROG, Win 10 64 bits, P3Dv4.5, active sky for P3Dv4, envtex for texture (issue present also when used REX sky Force before). When I'm approaching an airport, the elements of the terrain begin to appear little by little, step by step wheter it's trees, buildings, houses, etc, this become very unreal as you can imagine, what could be happening?.   11. Hey friends of avsim, I have a problem, when I try to load tomato shade for loading presets in P3Dv4.4, it shows an advice "something went wrong during the initialization" and also do not let me to apply any presets. This issue never came up with P3D v4.3, please help. Thanks in advance!!

Hey friends of avsim forums, I'm planning build a new PC for running P3D v3.2 at first place and I'm watching in youtube a lot of videos about comparisons, I'm interesting in I3 8350K vs I7 7700K processor due to the first one has almost the same performance than second one obviously working along a strong GPU 1070 or 1080. I have a question about cores and threads, How many cores need P3D for running properly?. the I3 costs half price than I7 so I can take advantage and get a 1080.

Hey friends of P3D forums, I have a couple of issues in visual approach RWY08 at Innsbruck Airport: First:no matter what I do I can´t establish on LOC OEV 111.1 Second: if you see this video of famous Frooglesim: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DpMUXn-akP8&t=1159s as opposite as what happen in this approach of frooglesim (good approach and landing), if I do the same visual approach, the famous approach RWY08 over the hills and then a steep final to the right, when I follow the path described over the NDB INN hdg 264, I almost crush with the mounts, but in this video yo can see that Froogle flies along that path hdg 264 freely with not much TERRAIN danger and of course is what really happen in real life, actually in prepar 3D V3 I can´t select INN hdg 264, I MUST to select hdg 268 as minimum in order not to crash to the mounts to the left side. I have installed in P3D V3: FTX ORBX GLOBAL. FTX GLOBAL VECTOR, FTX EUROPE LANDCLASS, AND PILOT'S FS GLOBAL 201O. please anyone can give me an advice what could happen with my terrain mesh or anything else. thanks in advance !!!

Hey friends, I have a situation that is very annoying for me. when i'm flying I like very much to change views, and you know that there's a cycle of views, first if you are in virtual cockpit, and you press "S" in keyboard the view change to spot plane view, then you press "S" keyboard again and you go to "nearest airport" but when you press "S" key in order to return to virtual cockpit, you can see that outside the ground textures are vanish and slowly them start to return, turning this very annoying to me, so I have realized that if I made rapidly the transition from spot plane, then nearest tower and at last virtual cockpit, the vanish efects of ground textures is minimum. So my request for all of you guys is: Is there a possibility to deactivate the "nearest tower view" when flying and only have the chance to activate again when app or maybe when takeoff . My Prepar3D V3 are settled almost every options to very high or ultra, with HDR effects on, Vsinc OFF, sampler 4X, anisotropic 16X, FPS limited to 31 FPS, using Nvidia Inspector for settings. I don't want to think to decrease quality of textures in order to get rid of this problem, maybe there´s another solution. :mad: this is my specs for my desktop PC: - Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits with files updated. - Intel I7 4790K at 4.0 Ghz no overclocked yet (only a few days with this brand new desktop PC) - Asus Z97-E motherboard LGA1150 - Asus GeForce GTX 980TI not overclocked yet - G. Skill RipjawsX 1600 Mhz, 16GB RAM - Noctua NH-D15S. I have installed ORBX FTX Global Base, Vector and Europe Landclass.(currently flying around Europe) The temperatures of my CPU and GPU when flying with PMDG737NGX are 44°C and 55°C to 60°C respectively. this is what I'm talking about Picture before tower view --------------------------------- http://postimg.org/image/slhcqwm5n/ As you can see ground texture are very nice before pass through tower view!! Hello, I have a question regarding this Pilot's FS Global 2010, recently I have installed this along with FTX Gobal, Vector and LC Europe, but I don´t know why it is also installed in folder temp of my user account, this is very annoying because if you think this program is then installed "twice" taking a lot of SSD disk space. thanks in advance !!!

  24. Thanks Martin-W, you mean is best to install a Noctua instead of water cooling system?, I thought that water cooling give better results for a overclocking system. thanks again.
