  1. Moorning All, I was wondering if there is any other failures available to the 737NG P3D v4 like Flaps asymmetry or disagree , airspeed unreliable etc etc.. Thank you
  2. Kyle thank you so much...really last question will you recommend P3D or FSX? ...Also, the on the pmdg page it says that is compatible with v 2.4 and v 3.x so I guess that the link with common mistakes was before they released the v3?
  3. Ok, that is clear now. So can you please confirm that I need just to buy P3d v.3, and I follow your instruction to install it, then pmdg 737 ( P3D version ), and rex 4 with some scenarios with winds 10 and I shouldn't have any problem?
  4. Hello, and thanks for the reply. Can you please explain what does it means: as long you install the sim outside the Program Files directory?
  5. Hello everyone, As per topic, I'm buying a new pc to run P3D, pmdg737, REX and few scenarios. The specs for the pc are: CPU: Intel Core i7-5930K 3,5 GHz (Haswell-E) Socket 2011v3 - Boxato PSU: Corsair Professional Platinum Series AX1200I PSU - 1200 Watt Motherboard: Asus Rampage V Extreme, Intel X99 Mainboard, - Socket 2011v3 GPU: 1x GeForce GTX 980 Ti, 6Gb DDR5 Memoria: Corsair Dominator Platinum DDR4 PC4-21300, 2.666 MHz, C16 - Kit 16GB (4x 4GB) Storage: 1x OCZ Vector 180 SATA III SSD 2.5 - 1T. Do you guys recommend window 10 for this? Also, will P3D the right choice to run the 737? Thanks all for the help
  6. I checked as well on the fcom, and I think it goes amber because the thrust levers are not in idle. Tomorrow I'm gonna fly, I'll try to do a photo if I'll remember.
  7. I'm sorry, but on the 737-800NG that I fly, if on cruise the switch is OFF and I selected on RTO, the amber light illuminates.
  8. Hi mark, thanks. What I ment was that once airborne, the autobrake disarm wont illuminate. but, if u put the switch in the off position and then back to RTO, in a real life the amber light illuminates, but not in the NGX. As I said, I use this method when I'm xfeeding fuel, and the amber light remindes me....
  9. Hello,On today's flight I noticed that once airborne, if you select AutoBrake to RTO the amber light won't illuminate. In a real life I use it to remind me fuel when I'm xfeeding. It 's just a bug? can it be fixed?Thank you
  10. It's something that in a real life you don't use so often... It can be use to prevent unnecessary RAs and level bust. Doing this you prevent a TA becoming RA, prevent manual flight especially in RVSM, and it allows to retains automated flight. So for example if you are climbing to FL 350 and you are..lets say FL 335 and you get a TCAS TA alert with a high rate of climb, you can override the control column ( and it goes in cws ) than reduce rate of descent to 1000/500 ft/min. Doing this the autopilot will re-capture the altitude, and will go in ALT HOLD.Selection of CWS is recommended for operation in severe turulence.Hope this can help.
  11. I'm sorry again...didn't pay much attention, please close it.Sorry again
  12. Ok, I think I found it.... I use my laptop since I'm away from my home most of the time. Two days ago I went home for my days off and flew the NGX from my home computer wich wasn't update with sp1b.Flew the same route and the V-nav was all right and Idle was about 34%.....apologize for my carelessness
  13. Yes we do. you can go in to PERF page and check how much fuel u've got and what fuel you'll have @ destination. ( 8 0 NM before ToD )E.G.: 7.8 @ the moment and 7.4 @destination. So you gonna burn 400 kg ( if you use KG of course ) . then you can go in to INIT REF. On top left corner you see you actual weight E.G 60.4.Now you know that you gonna burn 400 kg so you can change it in 60.0 and then you can select Vref. To change it u can simply type 60.0 in the CDU and replace 60.4. and that gives you the new speed.Hope this help.
