The atc makes the plane behind my plane to hold position and make sure that we are like 300 feet apart i have ultimate traffic 2 , i contacted them and they said its fsx issue

im having this issue when taxing, where a plane behind me will be stop by the ATC like 100 ft behind me. i just re-installed FSX and i dont know what is causing this.

I can't seem to turn TCAS on help!And another problem is that the fuel system, I load 50% in the game but it shows thy I have 90% then 50% then 90 then so on.. Back and forth and weight keep changing also it happens on my PMDG B747/8i

My computer was restored by the manufacture and im restoring everything but how do i re-download my PMDG?
