  3. hello all It has been a long time now that I have had a chance to flight sim, Just over a year. I want to try and get back to doing it at least once a week and I noticed that the route maps in the real world navigation have changed. I was able to install a new route map update from aero.sors.fr Now the problem I seem to be running into is that my FMC data for the queen is all dated 4/21/08 how would I go about getting it updated? thanks for everyone's help in advance Ian Snow

  5. good day I just got a bring new computer and I have installed FSX with acceleration in and tried to do a flight with the PMDG Queen after about 2 hours it did a CTD now I am 99 percent sure it has to do with the UiAutomation Core problem Now is it possible someone out there could give me detail steps into how to fix this I am not to computer smart so please make it as detailed as possible thanks Ian Snow

I went to the http://www.precisionmanuals.com/pages/downloads/liveries.html page to download a Korean Air passenger 747-400x and I could not find it at all Japan Airlines (Boeing Converted Freighter) 747-400 GE 5MB N/A FSX Version KLM 747-400 GE 5MB N/A FSX Version FS2004 Version KLM Asia 747-400 GE 5MB N/A FSX Version FS2004 Version Lufthansa is this normal or am I just missing something? thanks for anyone's help Ian Snow
  8. Good afternoon I need an opinion on what to get between GSX or AES. I have absolutely no scenery in my sim nothing and the only thing I will buy is the new Aerosoft EGLL scenery when it comes out so which one of these two products would be best for me? I am looking for a way to remote park my 747-400X queen and use some airstairs also I would like a pushback function thanks all in advance for your advice Ian Snow
  9. Hello I got a question regarding the FMC in the PMDG queen that I cannot find in the users manual. How do you program a hold and put an Alt airport in for an example say I am going to fly EGLL to KJFK and I want my Alt to be KBGR is there a way to program the Alt of KBGR in the fmc also I could not find any holding directions in the manual I see an HOLD botton on the fmc but I could not find anything in the manual in terms of how to use now it is possible that these are not modeled in the queen I have the FSX queen package with the service pack added anybody's help would be great thanks Ian Snow

  17. hi depends how I do at the horse track this month but I would like to bring it in under 2,000 I don't sim often once a week maybe the main thing is I want this sucker to last at least 3-6 years or more I also need it for work that is why the wife says a dell or hp would be the way to go but I also want to get great gaming on it the only thing that I will have is FSX, queen, new 777, and aerosoft London heathrow scenery that is it Ian Snow

  24. HI Ok so that I understand this when you overclock a computer you are heating up the insides, hence you need a powerful cooler or you are looking at a melt down. Is this also the reason I need a huge power supply like that 750 watt thing? Also I always thought water was bad for electronics/ are there some danger with a water cooled thing? now to answer a wife question what makes this different then a dell or hp or a gateway she is concerned I mite build this and blow up the office by accident thanks again for all this info it is an education for sure
