  1. I am experiencing the same problem, except with FS9. I haven't tried them with X yet. In trying out the pedals, I took off; returned; landed; and applied breaks. Proportional braking red labels would appear at the bottom left of the screen and after releasing the breaks the red "Breaks" label appears and remains. "Pumping" the breaks did not change this. An attempt to hit the "period key" on the keyboard did not change this (as it would remove the breaks normally). I mouse-clicked the parking break on-screen, in turn setting the parking break, then clicked it again. The breaks label was gone and the breaks were off. I don't remember if I tried the keyboard combination for setting the parking breaks and releasing them. However, if breaks were applied during taxi, the procedure had to be done again.I've only had the pedals a couple of days. The yoke and quadrant set a couple more than that. So, I haven't had a chance to really play around to see if I can come up with an answer. Other than that issue, so far, I like the rudder pedals.
