I have the same problem... I noticed that this happens when I let the plane flying on autopilot for a long time without doing anything (Not touching the plane) and when I come back and adjust one of the knobs for range or to set up my altitud for descent.... The simulator stop working with the "Fault Module: StackHash_4c4a" I will love to know why is this happening.

I bought the 747x and the email with confirmation gave me the link but when I clicked on it... Error: Your request ID is incorrect. Please contact store administrator for more information. I dont know where to get it from then and the Support team dont answer my problem. I hope someone has an alternative LEGAL link to download the plane or tell me why that is happening.
