Brand new system but bad FPS in FSX?
Reporting back. Just did a fresh install of windows 7 64 bit, and re-installed my FSX. All I tweaked this time was buffer pools and a few other minor things from the guide previously mentioned. I went into FSX and changed nothing but the resolution, and framerate lock. Everything else on ultra high. Framrate locked at 30, @ EGLL Fair Weather FPS is between 20-30 in a stock aircraft.I am certain I could get better FPS than this if I continued to tweak it, however I really can't be bothered (for now) to do so. The FPS I am getting with these minor tweaks is well playable. Thanks for the help, guys.

Brand new system but bad FPS in FSX?
First and foremost, sorry if this is in the wrong section. So, recently (mid-august) I built a new gaming / video editing rig. However, I'm not receiving quite the performance I was expecting from it.... Running REX and GEX Europe, my only two relevant addons, and I'm receiving ~15 FPS on average at Heathrow in stormy weather with the default King Air.Most settings on max, autogen is on Dense. What do?Specs:CPU: AMD Phenom II X6 1055T OC'd @ 3.64 GHz (will be continuing onto 4 GHz once my CPU cooler arrives, original clock for the processor is 2.8 GHz)Memory: 2x2GB DDR3 ramGraphics: Radeon HD 5750 1024MB cardMobo: Asus M4A785TD-V EVOThat was with FSX SP2, about to test it with Acceleration...Edit: Same thing with Acceleration
