  1. A big thank you goes out to PMDG Simulations and more specifically Ryan Maziarz from Technical Support. Having lodged a ticket regarding my license activation issue i received a quick response and the problem is now solved. Outstanding customer support PMDG. Well done.... :Applause: Sincerely,
  2. Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Cheers,
  3. Due to the fact that my main PC has finally thrown in the towel im in the process of re-installing everything on my spare system. When trying to re-activate the PMDG base pack i get the error: "The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident#7601-357346]" Im sure this is only my third time activating the PMDG 737 NGX as i usually upgrade my system once a year. Strange thing is that i was able to re-activate the 600/700 pack with no problems. Would appreciate any help or advice on what the procedure or policy is for re-activation and who i should contact. Im also able to provide all my purchase details if required. Kind Regards,
  4. FSbuild2 is the best program for calculating fuel estimates although it is payware. It gives you the option to input your exact flight plan including alternate plus SID/STARs, taxi fuel (usually 110kg) and reserve (usually 2400kg). Also takes into account the aircrafts operating EZFW (Empty Zero Fuel Weight). Regards,
