June 28, 201312 yr Due to the fact that my main PC has finally thrown in the towel im in the process of re-installing everything on my spare system. When trying to re-activate the PMDG base pack i get the error: "The activation of the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident#7601-357346]" Im sure this is only my third time activating the PMDG 737 NGX as i usually upgrade my system once a year. Strange thing is that i was able to re-activate the 600/700 pack with no problems. Would appreciate any help or advice on what the procedure or policy is for re-activation and who i should contact. Im also able to provide all my purchase details if required. Kind Regards,

May 18, 201412 yr It's to prevent multiple copies of a license being shared across a group of people. In 777 there is an option to deactivate. Hopefully it will get back to 737 in SP2. --Peter Fabian
