Hi - I just installed FSX and NGX on a new computer (windows 7 64 bit) and am also running AS2012 and UT2. I am having a strange issue where I will start a flight everything is fine but then when it comes time to land, all of the buildings (regardless of the airport) have disappeared. Also the only thing I see on the traffic are the lights (no airframe). Also I am noticing that the circuit breaker panels become transparent in the VC view and I can see through them to the wing. Again this is only at the end of the flight - In the beginning everything is completely normal. Has anyone else had this issue?Thanks for the help!Chris

Hoping others have had this issue and can help - I have AS2012 SP1 BETA and am seeing an issue where my destination airport ATIS will read and report the current weather at my location (ie: usually 75+ miles out at 15,000'+). As such the weather is inaccurate and usually reporting winds in the wrong direction thus causing ATC to set me up for the wrong approach/runway. The problem is usually resolved once I get lower and within 20mi of the airport. Has anyone else seen this issue? Any ideas on a solution?Thanks!Chris

Thanks for the help - I've downloaded the suggested DLL and the problem appears to be fixed. However I still appear to be having an issue with CTD at cruise. They appear to occur when I increase the simulation rate to 2x - I tried a search on this but did not get any hits. Has anyone had this issue? Again I appreciate the help!Chris

Hi - I just got a new computer and have done a fresh install of FSX with SP1 and 2. I then added FSUIPC 4.8, Ultimate Traffic 2 and ASE2012. I've just installed the NGX (with the latest SP) and am having CTD issues for the first time. There is no real pattern to the crashes, sometimes it happens if I try to click on one of the FS menus - In this instance the screen goes black and i need to use ctl+alt+del to shut it down. In other instances I can get the airplane flying but at some point during the climb or leveling off in cruise (without doing anything), I get the blue circle cursor and then a windows error that shuts down FSX. I realize that it's probably tough to diagnose the issue from this simple description but if anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. I'm wondering if there could be an issue with the order in which I installed the addons? Thanks for the feedback guys - So here are the amendments I am making....- Dropping the 2nd video card and upgrading the 1 card to a GTX 580 1536MB- Going with the standard sound card option- Changing the processor to a 2600K to enable overclocking- Upgrading the memory to 16GB- Looking at options for the 2nd hard drive- WIll ask about other cooling optionsAnything else I am missing? In terms of video cards, am I better off going with 1 card like a GTX 570 or 580 and spending the cash there? Hi - I just purchased the NGX but I have not been able to download using the link provided in the confirmation email. When I click on the link I get the download progress screen but it never moves beyond 0%. The confirmation email made mention of some type of security setting required to download but I am not getting any security warnings on my browser. Has anyone else had and overcome this issue? I'm certain that it's one of my internet explorer security settings but have no idea of where to start....Would appreciate any help. Thanks,Chris
