Just because this is buried in the P3D thread I'll post it here. I'm attempting to correct the sorry to say horrid PBR work SkySimulations did on the aircraft.  There is a link in that thread to my current PBR fixes.  I'm also redoing their paintkit as it was lacking.  Most of the work is done hopefully I'll have time to finish this week.  My paint kit will consolidate all the fuselage files and layers, will add a metal layer and an appropriate metallic.dds file to work with it also.

Not necessarily a surprise.  The gauge interacts with the Garmin Trainer software.  That comes with the GTN 600/700 units.  To get full GPS functionality you'd need to that particular add-on as well.  It would be more you to Garmin but if they found a way to add the Garmin 400/500 series to that trainer maybe they could get it to interact with this add-on as well.  But I doubt without Garmin input is it remotely possible.  The only expansion I could possibly see is trying to get it to interact with the RXP add-on as it also utilizes the Garmin trainer software.

I just wish these guys would develop their own Garmin cockpits that wouldn't be so dependant on the Garmin software and can update their Navigational data.  It's amazing in that aspect we haven't advanced in nearly 15 years.
