  1. The only time it occurs is on approach with the control tower.I have to reset the radio to the approach freq.Great time for that, when flying the approach,no time to be messing with that, right? Thanks.
  2. The rmu does not go blank, the loss of the freq.that is set is changed to the standby,I'll reset it and get it back.On other occasions the rmu will freeze, this only occurs after an amount of time never early on in the flight, wacky I know.
  3. Loss of com at different stages of flight. Some times can reset, other times cannot reset as setting knob has no effect.Any one else have same problem? Ifso would appreciate any input.Thanks. paul beauchamp.
  4. The reason it needed repair is the fact it would not display any com or nav info. The selctor knobs and all other functions would work.It appears to have beenaffected by some unknown reason to me.I did install a new Just Flight MD-81/82jetliner,maybe something got changed around then, other than that I don't know Johnnybut running the repair option on the Acceleration cd made it work.
  5. :( Found post by Dave Cook(FRANKOPHILE).He ran the repair option on the ACCELERATION cd,worked for me to.Thanks Dave. Now the RMU works fine, paul beauchamp
