Loss of com at different stages of flight.Some times can reset,other times

cannot reset as setting knob has no effect.Any one else have same problem? Ifso

It might be best to submit a support ticket through the PMDG website, as I've never heard of this issue before.

 

Could you provide a little more detail on the problem; when you say loss of com do you mean the RMU goes blank or freezes, and if you have any ideas what actions you are performing in the flight could be causing it? Does it also affect the standby radio?

The rmu does not go blank,the loss of the freq.that is set is changed to the standby,I'll reset it

and get it back.On other occasions the rmu will freeze,this only occurs after an amount of time

never early on in the flight,wacky I know.
