  1. Hi Miquel,I have exactly the same problem.The only thing that seems to keep it in check a little is if you keep pressing LNAV occasionally.But this is not how its supposed to be and still very annoying.Annyone else have a better sollution ?!?CheersSouthwester

Hello folks,A friend of mine, who flies the 747F has told me that they only connect one external source anyway, almost never both.There is no point, as one supply is enough to power the systems, and if both are connected, then the handlers cannot do their work on the main deck..The freighter 747 manual says that EXT PWR 2 should only be used if desired, as it disconnects the power from the cargo handling on the main deck.The same goes for APU GEN 2 as well.Happy landingsSouthwester

Hi Michael,Some of the previous posters have explained it quite nicely already.To put it very simple...the logic on PMDG 747 is CORRECT !The 747 and 737 differ in their logic !I have a friend who flew 737 and now flies 747 and he has confirmed this !Hope this answers your question ?Happy landingsSouthwester
