Yes I did a complete re-install. Then I started FSX and UGCX, UGCX came with building a new database. Then the message from my first issue "UGCX - ERROR! Unknown or unsupported language's ID and sound pack combination...." reappeared.

Hello. I didn't get any reply on this topic. Nevertheless the error message changed into "Loading data, please wait.....". When I start UGCX by Ctrl+ Shift + Y nothing happens. Can you pls. help me? Regards, Paul

Hello, I recently bought UGCX 2.6 and when I start UGCX form the addon menu in FSX I have the following Error message: "Ultimate Ground Crew X: - ERROR!, Unknown or unsupported language's ID and sound pack combination..." Can anyone help me? Regards, Paul
