  1. Hey guys, Gave the breaks test and calibration a go, and it seems to have worked! only did a taxi ground run rest with the 737ngx, so will have to check it with other aircraft but so far so good! Can't thank everyone enough for their support. I read these forums on a near daily basis and I'm always amazed by the amount of support and knowledge people are willing to give out. Even if its for a simple and basic calibration problem like mine was. So thanks for the help guys! and jcomm will keep an eye out for the break test.zip and re post if I have any more dramas. Thanks Andrew G
  2. Andydigital, Tanks for the reply. But I don't think thats the problem as everything was working normally until I put in the FSUIPC patch.
  3. Hey Guys, I'm running the latest registered version of FSUIPC and just recently installed the Lua dynamic friction file in modules and added the line AUTO Lua dynamic friction into the fsuipc.in in thr general section as was mention in other forum posts on this subject. However when using the PMDG 737 when I first start to taxi it works fine. However when I touch the breaks. I have to use almost 50% power to move again. The only way to fix this is to apply the parking Break and come to a full stop. I know I've seen this issue posted before but for the life can't find where it is. I know I'm probably missing something very obvious. But any help would be great. I'm using win 64bit and FSX has both service packs installed. Cheers Andrew G.
  4. Guys, Please be aware that what I thought was a validated account was not at all. The no reply from REX was entirely my fault! As they had no idea who I was or that I was even asking anything. Since they have got in contact with me the replies and support have been fast and excellent. So please don't consider a bumbling idiot like myself not being able to follow protocols and as bad product support from this company.
  5. It's says that my account is validated. But I still can't view any support forums. I've emailed them and PM but I haven't had a reply in about a week. That's why I posted here. Thought someone might know what is going on
  6. Hi guys, I recently got the REX automatic update program they bought out. I installed the updates as it said. Now when I try to open REX it comes up with c:\program files(x86)Real Environment Extreme 2.0\REX.exe is not a valid Win 32 application I have no idea why it does this or what it means I have a DVD copy bought from PC aviator in Australia, and I'm running Win 64 bit. I've tried the REX forums but had no support or reply. Also would anyone know how I could safely un install and re install rex with out opening it and restoring the FSX textures as the manual says u need to do this first. As I really don't what to corrupt anything on my machine. Any help would be great!
  7. Hi guys, Thanks so much to everyone for the help and many options. Will try them all and and get back with the ones that work. So maybe it can Help other people Oh btw when I load the 737ngx at ORBX brisbane it's sometimes just a transparent shell. It doesn't always happen and I do have the line HIGHMEMFIX=1 in fsx.cfg Not sure if this means something or not but just something I forgot to mention
  8. Fsx.ese*32 is 1,900,88 not sure how to view the rest of it. And can't seem to find. UIAutomationcore.dll anywhere is it in the main fsx folder Cheers for trying to help!
  9. It's not saying run out of available memory. And computer specs yeh probably shoud of put them in the original post. 3.2ghz 6gig ram. As for scenery settings scenery complexity: very dense auto gen density: extremely dense. Don't know if it matter but I'm sure I had these both set to dense when I was troube shooting they seemed have moved back.
  10. Sorry if I've missed topics on this already Just about every time I use the PMDG 737ngx around brisbane australia airport with ORBX add on fsx usually seems to freeze and says fsx is not responding. It usually happens when leaving or arriving. This doesn't seem to happen when I'm at default fsx airports with the same aircraft or any other for that matter So my question is two pronged I guess, does anyone know what might be causing this? (This is a how long is a piece of string question I know) or if you can swap sceneries around. I'm thinking of downloading a freeware version of the airport and using it instead of the ORBX, but still have them both installed. So I could swap between both, to test my theory of graphic overload. I'm using windows 7 64bit. Only knew to simming so not sure what to about this. But this is my home airport and want to do a lot of flights with this great add on but turning on to final after a long flight or just after take off after complex setup then the sim crashing is killing me! Any help would be great! Andrew G

  15. Just downloaded and activated the 737NGX. All loads fine when I select the aircraft then when i hit Fly Now it loads fine then when the cockpit appears it CTD. Im only new to this and know there are some bug fix updates on the way but was just wondering if anyone elese is having this problem. I'm running FSX(Obviously) with service pack 2 update installed. i'm running Windows 7 32 bit with a 3.2ghz system with 6gb of ram and a 2gb video card.Any help with why this may be happening and how to fix it would be great!Another issue i have noticed is that when i use the PMDG js41 now none of the pop up windows work (Ramp manager, autopilot,RMU ect). They appear when i select them but i can't use any of there buttons or features, this only happened after installing the 737NGX.I have now uninstalled the 737NGX and am still getting this problem with the js41. not sure if these two things are related but just thought i would put it out there! Any help would be great!ThanksAndrew G
