Hi guys,

I recently got the REX automatic update program they bought out. I installed the updates as it said. Now when I try to open REX it comes up with

c:\program files(x86)Real Environment Extreme 2.0\REX.exe is not a valid Win 32 application

 

I have no idea why it does this or what it means

I have a DVD copy bought from PC aviator in Australia, and I'm running Win 64 bit. I've tried the REX forums but had no support or reply.

Also would anyone know how I could safely un install and re install rex with out opening it and restoring the FSX textures as the manual says u need to do this first. As I really don't what to corrupt anything on my machine.

 

Any help would be great!

First you need  to be verified  first  so you need to provide your order details first,  than once you get verified  than you will have no problems in getting  support

It's says that my account is validated. But I still can't view any support forums. I've emailed them and PM but I haven't had a reply in about a week.

Whats your id  that you used  on the rexe  forum  since its  strange  that you cant  see the forum if  you say that you have  been verified,  you would have  received  an email by  now  check your spam folder

REX support is quite frankly superb. If you've had no reply, then it's not intentional, just a glitch.

Allow me to correct you, as you just contacted me today, not a week ago. I have replied.

Please be aware that what I thought was a validated account was not at all. The no reply from REX was entirely my fault! As they had no idea who I was or that I was even asking anything.

Since they have got in contact with me the replies and support have been fast and excellent.

So please don't consider a bumbling idiot like myself not being able to follow protocols and as bad product support from this company.
