I was exaggerating for dramatic effect. 😁 It's also helpful pychologically and lowers cortisol. If I think, we're going to win, and get all excited and then we lose 2 - 1 I'll be disappointed. However, if I convince myself a 10 - 0 thrashing is on the cards and we lose 2- 1 its expected and doesn't result in remote controls being thrown through windows and naughty words being bellowed so loudly the neighbours can hear. 👍
