  1. Same issue, here, I have flown over 500 hrs and completed about 100 landings on PMDG 777, used Boeing Official CBT, Angle of Attack training, etc - so it should not be me, who is creating the problem here. Although, on some flights, the master warning just wont go off. There is no indication of any problem, failures are clean, settings are ok, but the siren just continues. Only solution seems to be a complete power off (end even it doesn't help sometimes) or some other "sound", like fire test (sometimes helps, sometimes not). So to sum up: 1. Today on an arrival to EGLL on FLCH mode I got an overspeed warning - my problem (most probably due to "throttle noise"). 2. Got the speed back to "normal range" - the siren remained on 3. Got rid of the siren by pressing fire test in flight 4. On approach, after autopilot disconnect the siren went on BUT did not go off after numerous AP disconnects. (it seems that the same "not-resettable (overspeed) warning came back) 5. It remained on ... at gate ... made the video. 6. Siren went off after removing External power and when aircraft was on battery only. It is extremely annoying with ATC, and PMDGs statment that "customers are stupid and should read manuals style" is not helping here. Good thing is that I have seen this problem only 3-4 times over more than 500hrs. PMDG should accept that there is a bug in the system.
  2. Textures above are shown when view is changed, below picture is some secs later.
  3. Since I got problems with my HD7850 series, I updated to GTX770. FPS is higher and smoother and overal AA quality is way better. The thing is that this pixelated night is still here, even after new FSX installation new GPU with different brand What is left?
  4. Nope, but there is no difference. The problem is present everywhere. The first shot is actually taken "in a forest" near the airport to show pixels on ground textures.
  5. Thx for a reply but it doesnt help. Night textures are just like 16 bit and low reso. I think that anyone can see this effect by setting texture filtering to lower settings in CCC or similar tool by Nvidia.
  6. There are two topics since after pressing "post", the browser loaded for a long time and a "server error" message appeared. I noticed that the topic was still created later. From the other topic that should be deleted by admin I hope: I can assure that is has nothing to do with 3D lights or sth, here are shots taken some days ago, when night textures are sharp and light effect on the ground smooth. I have rebuild shaders, switched between shader 3 mod, and back, switched to DX10 preview and back. Rebuilt shaders folder numerous times, reset fsx.cfg. Also changed texture filtering settings in catalyst wo any positive effect for this issue. I formated entire FSX partition and reinstalled simulator, the problem is still present. What do You meen by "ask the moon light go away"? I have seen similar effect, when the texture filtering setting was low in catalyst control centre. That is not case at the moment. It just looks like night textures are like 16 bit and low resolution. Same goes with a2a cessna. Landing light is just a "round" on the ground.
  7. Dear admin, You may remove this double post, just got "Service is unavailable message" and reposted. Dear All Take a look at the screenshot. It just turned like that without any reason I can recall. Tried rebuilding shaders, all different settings in Catalyst control centre, even uninstall and reinstall. I have only seen similar thing with low texture filtering but if it is set to maximum, there is no difference. During day, everything is fine. What kind of sorcery will fix it? Best Regards, and merry christmas!
  8. Dear All For some reason, night textures are as on the screenshot. Tried reinstall, tons of settings in Catalyst, rebuilding shaders, all sorcery like that, nothing seems to work. It was fine yesterday. What might be the reason/fix that I am missing here? Best Regards and Merry Christmas,
  9. Dear All, I have been testing this issue for a more than week now, it is present on PMDG 777 when the visibility is lower than 1400-1300 meters. If the visilibity gets even lower, the effect gets worse - I set visibility to 10m in ASN, and some gauges and textures where almost completely white. It is extremely annoying with the new ASN, if visibility in clouds is reduced. To rule out wrong suggestions, I can confirm that this "error" is only present when shader 3 (v1,6) mod is used. It is not related to any ENB or similar product. It is not related to PMDG 777s model since support took a closer look into this issue and "white" areas are not different from other areas in the VC. As far as I know, the PMDG support forwarded this topic over to ******* Altuve (author of shader 3 mod). I have made a lots of preformance testing on my http://www.club-3d.com/index.php/products/reader.en/product/radeon-hd-7850-royalqueen.html and can conclude that the shader mode 3 is not making a huge perormance difference in general, as it used to do on older ATI/AMD models, BUT the performance in clouds, smoothness of FPS is reduced when shader 3 mod is not used. If ******* Altuve is not going to fix it, the only real solution seams to be a new Nvidia card. Best Regards,
  10. Dear Peter, If You mean FCOM v1 Chapter L - Limitations, then the answer is no. In real life, it should be under Weight and Balance, but here are only Typical weights for each series, Max Taxi, Max TO, Max LDG, Max Zero WTs. Maybe someone has some kind a real manual that has (MAX/MIN ARMs or CG% MAC) the envelope data. It would also be good to have (for each NG model): ARMs for each loadable station (eg front cargo, aft cargo) to calculate MOMENTs. ARMs or MOMENTs for a specific amount of fuel in wing and fuselage tanks. BEM / DOM, MOMENTS and ARMs, that PMDG used for BEM /DOM. The idea is to generate a realistic loadsheet and envelope via webpage. Best Regards,
  11. Dear All, Is there someone in this forum who knows where I could find envelope data for 737NG. I mean: forward flight limits, aft flight limits and ground handling limits (values explaned + envelope drawing). for example - learjet 60 forward flight limit - FS 363.08 (-2.5% MAC) for all weights up to and including 16500 pounds (7484 kg) and tapers to FS 378.10 (16.25 % MAC) at 22750 pounds (10319 kg). Should look something like that Best Regards, Heigo
  12. Thank You all for replays.First of all it was a grate feedback about newer technology, since I last purchased (build by myself) PCs years ago.I totally agree with persons who told that new technology is on the horizon, but the case is that computer hardware will be outdated at the time when You arrive with Your new purchase to home... so I will not wait for the Ivy Bridge etc. The only good thing will be that "today's" products will get cheaper if new processors and video cards will arrive to the market.Today I have changed the configuration as follows and I have contacted a local computer network (link) to built a slightly modified version of stock computer unit. I hope that they will accept these changes and will give me a personal pricing. (hope that the guarantee for modified product will be for a whole computer - 3 years). I sadly do not have the knowledge of modern hardware and time to build it by myself (the product PC guarantee will also be for the whole PC, not for the parts of it).Intel Core i5-2500K 3,3G/6M;2 x DDR3 4GB 1333C9 Kingston BK;Gigabyte GA-PH67A-D3-B3 ATX;2GB Club3D HD6950 F PCI-E;500GB Seag SATA3 7200 16MB; (maybe 1.5TB WD SATA3 5400-72 64MB GP)DVDRW Sams S222AL LS SATA BLACKMD Chief BM-02B-OP;FAN 92x92 Xilence COO-XPF92.R;PSU 750W Chieftec CFT-750-14CS;Thank You all again,Heigo
  13. Hello to everyone!A friend suggested to post my question here.
