Externalities and the NGX
I love these questions, not knocking on anyone but, will my system run NGX?Core i7 920 overclocked to 3.81 liquid cooledtwo power supplies 1800w totalGigabyte X58-UD5 Mobo12 gb RamThree Gigabyte SOC GTX 470 Video cards liquid cooled5 Acer 20" monitiors running Nvidia 2d surroundA 4 drive 1.5gb Raid 0 array for system/boot1 80 Gb SSD for FSXThree WD 1 gb HHD for storage and junkN standard wireless internet and 10/100/1000 wired on 24 port switch The answer? I can't even run FSX some days. If willing it runs great, but so buggy some days I just want to throw the whole thing out the window. I figure NGX should run on any machine that runs FSX desently now. I'm sure the team know how to use the latest optimization technics know to the programing folks. We will know soon enough.

Externalities and the NGX
:( I wonder just how the sales on the manuals for the aircraftt are going. I know not everyone is going to buy them, but could be an indication of what is to come sales wise for the aircraft.

Externalities and the NGX
I knew someone would ask me that. I am lucky enough to live between San Francisco and Los Angeles, my two departure points. Usually the aircraft are equipped with at least a business class. The problem is if I have to fly to Poedunkville and have a connection to a regional airline. Then I just suck it up like everyone else. My point was just to contradict Fred in that I will pay more to stay out of couch (if possible).

Externalities and the NGX
Hi guys. I've been hanging around here for a while now waiting on the new jet to be released and could not help myself. I just had to reply to the reposting of Fred. That post is just rip roaring funny, I can't imagine the original one you are referring to. I hope someone can find it and repost. I must say the part about the flip flops is right one though. We all know the truth about the decline in airline service and what an over regulated mess it is, but I must dissagree. As a passenger I willingly pay extra to stay out of coach. Its like ridding in a cattle car back there. I don't know how anyone can do it. Anyways, reading volume 1 of the FCOM tonight. I can only pray half of what is in there ends up in the sim. The manuals are top notch and very detailed. I'll shut up now and get back to the reading before I'm mistaken for Fred. Good night Scott
