  1. Hi Roland, I was just reading through this, HOT FIX 2: (1) Expanded search for *.cfg files in all of the SimObjects subdirectories. I don't have all AI add-on packages, so I suppose it is possible some package will have the AI reside outside Simobjects. If so, let me know and I'll patch it up again; Why don't you scan the [Main] section in 'fsx.cfg'? The SimObjectPaths variables contain the locations of the various SimObject directories. A SimObjectPath can also contain a directory outside of the FSX directory. So you could have SimObjectPath.8=C:\MyAIAircraft or something like that. If it isn't in an alternate directory, then the locations are quite straightforward. Anyway, if you scan through that section, it will tell you where the aircraft are to be found. Cheers.

Thanks Maarten, I'll check the profiles as soon as I get a chance. I did set up the files for both FSX and P3D, but didn't see how it worked. For info. I just discovered why I couldn't find the file: It was called SimLaucherX.zip, the missing 'n' meant that it didn't appear when I searched my system. Regards Adrian.

Hi Maarten, First, thanks very much for all of your hard work. :Applause: I've just started working my way through this package, and there are a couple of things that are puzzling me: 1. I'm running FSX and P3Dv2, but I can't find out where to switch the app from FSX to P3D. It always starts in FSX mode, and I haven't been able to find an option to select the sim. Am I missing something obvious? 2. When updating the package, it is downloaded, and then after the update is done, I can't find the downloaded zip file anywhere. Not in the original download directory, nor in the recycle bin. Is it permanently deleted after update? I wanted to copy the file over to my client machine, but it was gone. Regards & Thanks Adrian
  4. Hi BobThanks for all the hard work. I really enjoy the TM 737.I do have one question: I was descending this evening using FL CHG, and decided to go to V/S - the whole AP went a bit wobbly at that point, and I had to disengage, and then reengage it again to get the aircraft to stop divebombing the earth. The V/S rate of descent windows remained blanked over at this point, and I would expect that when changing from FL CHG to V/S, the present rate of descent should appear in the V/S window (bump free transfer in control engineering terms) so that the old grannies in the back don't park their breakfast in their laps or rather, so that we continue descending at the same rate until a change is made to the V/S thumbwheel. I obviously haven't first hand experience with the real thing, but would expect that this is how it ought to work.RegardsAdrian
