  2. Columbus, OH— Today November 16, 2012, we have launched our new site at www.flyoex.com. In addition Ohio express has brought back their Express miles program. Express Miles give pilots the ability to earn “cash miles” when they fly. Depending on what they accomplish during the flight and how they fly their leg and etc. pilots will earn cash and they will be able to redeem in their pilot center. Pilots will be able to purchase houses, cars, and all kinds of different items to add to their homes and recreational needs. More exciting news also released, Ohio Express agreed to a codeshare agreement with Pan-Am Virtual which will allows OEX pilots to fly all over the U.S operating on their carrier while Pan-Am pilots fly on Ohio express legs. This allows our regional pilots a chance to step out and fly bigger planes if they want, and vice versa, it allows Pan-am to step into a smaller plane; in the meanwhile building a great camaraderie of pilots and a close nit airline as a whole.   4. okay i got all the panels to come up and loaded the fms with all power on like the APU but the comms dont light up and i cant use autopilot with out my coms so im not sure whats wrong with that now

Ohio Express leased 3 new Beechcraft 1900D, 5 Embraer 145 LR’s, 2 Embraer 190’s, and 1 Embraer 145 XR. “We decided to lease more of these planes because our pilot staff is growing and we didn’t have enough planes for our pilots. Now that we are expanding our rout network, our pilots can fly all over the Midwest and eastern United States, without having to worry about jumpseating to the next available aircraft. Going this route is also making us more profitable, less delays and confusion,” say CEO Justin Caughenbaugh.Ohio Express has also announced that their Charter operations will begin at the beginning of April. Ohio express will lease an additional 2 planes, but they won’t be Embraer’s, instead they are rolling out their “Signature Series” the Boeing 737-800WL. The New purchase price for the Beechcraft is $3.7 million and the monthly lease was $9,318.   11. Columbus, Ohio 12/30/2011—July 2011 Ohio Express made a very difficult decision by having to shut down flight operations. Many areas within company management were not correct. Due to the current economic situation affecting the airlines during that time forced the CEO into shutting down the airline.Despite what happened a few months ago, founding members of the airline have gotten together and have been in negotiations trying to bring the airline back to life. In a recent interview with CEO Justin Caughenbaugh he stated, “We are very excited to share with everyone the new changes we are bringing forward to the airline, we have made significant changes to management within the airline and we have updated our website to accommodate VAFS 5. This move will certainly push us in the right direction. The airline will be back stronger than ever.”Ohio Express is expecting to become fully operational January 12th 2012.
