Just bought 747-400X download from PMDG. PayPal thought the transaction was possibly fraudulent and sent emails to both parties. PMDG has not responded to PayPal's several emails (although they have already debited me), my email, support ticket, or phone calls. The sale shows as pending now (although I was able to download after purchase), the download link is gone, and the product will not activate.Do these guys work normal business hours and how long does it typically take them to resolve customer issues?I thought it going to be as simple as purchase, install, use. I hope this is just an anomaly and not the normal level of customer service.......the reviews for the simulations have been outstanding.
