Just bought 747-400X download from PMDG. PayPal thought the transaction was possibly fraudulent and sent emails to both parties. PMDG has not responded to PayPal's several emails (although they have already debited me), my email, support ticket, or phone calls. The sale shows as pending now (although I was able to download after purchase), the download link is gone, and the product will not activate.Do these guys work normal business hours and how long does it typically take them to resolve customer issues?I thought it going to be as simple as purchase, install, use. I hope this is just an anomaly and not the normal level of customer service.......the reviews for the simulations have been outstanding.

submit a ticket at the support portal. Payment issues are never addressed on the forum.

That has been done. Just curious what the experience has been with turn around times on resolution of problems?

I've never had to open a ticket, but from what I've heard on the forum they're pretty quick to help people out.

Come on? Do you really have to do that? Especially on both threads? This just seems so rude to me, and I think that this is a totally valid thread, I don't see any reason why it should be locked. Someone has a problem and is asking a question, isn't that what a support forum is for? And even if this were a stupid thread, what is the purpose of saying "ibtl", do you just want to get your postcount up or something? Anyways, I hope that you can get this issue cleared up with PMDG.
