  1. New 24" monitor resolution 1920*1080 or 1920*1200

    1920x1200 is a much used resolution and supported in most games and applications (including all the ones you name).However my advice would be to go for the 1920x1080 sreens as there are more of them and they are usually cheaper.The only reason to go for the 19:10 screen is if you really need the extra height.
