If my memory serves me right the aircraft radius is the most important factor for the FS9 ATC system to determine where the user's aircraft will be parked and how far away other AI aircraft must be during taxiing, takeoff, and landing. As for the gate radius basically is the gate size type (small, medium, heavy). I don't think you can customize the gate radious size (however you can change the genera gate size), yet you can customize the aircraft radius by using Lee Swordy's AFCAD 2.21 or tweaking the aircraft's CFG file.Hope this clears things out!

So I would be ok intalling Win7 SP1 before FSX or viceversa righ? Have you noticed any impact on FSX performance after upgrading to SP1?

Evening,Tomorrow I will install Windows 7 on my MacBook Pro and I was wondering if I should install the Windows 7 SP1 update before installing FSX and its service packs or vice versa?Your comments are greatly appreciated!

To fellow Avsim Members,As you are well aware last week we launched the New Virtual Eastern Air Lines, and announced an Open BETA for April 1, 2011 (This Friday) to join our open BETA, log into www.wix.com/easternva/home/joinform to get your space in the open BETA this Friday. In response to your second post I am running the VA with Mr. Joseph Balliro who was the VATSIM Coordinator for Virtual Eastern, he gave me some of the former pilot records and I found your records. I will send them to you via private message. Now about Mr. Arno, originally, Eastern VA was founded by Arno and when he went to program StarWars galaxy he transferred the control to Peter Liddell however in early 2009, the site was attacked by spammers and unfortunately, AMHosting, VEA's hoting company shut down the website due to high spam activity. Unofortunately, Joseph and I made multiple attempts to restore the site but Mr. Liddell expressed no interest on reviving Virtual Eastern. In october of last year, I revived the VA in a new platform and website, which is the one you see today.Thank You for replying, and I will be sending you the previous credentials from the original Virtual Eastern.

Hi Aharon,Great Question!, since the New Virtual Eastern has moved to a new Website and platform you will need to re-register with our Pilot Report system. However, former members of Mr. Perrin Arno's Virtual Eastern can be manually added to our rooster list and skip the re registration proccess. Just email your VEAL ID# to our email address virtualeastern.he@gmail.com. However, you will be moved to the KATL Hub since the new system will default you to there, when you log in for the first time into the new SystemOne you can contact us via the support section and request a new one.I forgot to mention that former members of the old Virtual Eastern get the following:- Full Logbook Hour transfer.- A 100 hour incentive.- Rank Promotion.
