  1. Hi If anyone will be able to re-paint registration TF-AMP for PMDG 747 v3 in the current livery, that would be great Here are some pictures (alot more pics can be found on airliners.net etc) Many thanks in advance. If able please upload to the AVSIM file library when ready.
  2. Can I request TF-AMV in current Med-view colors :) ...
  3. Air Atlanta Icelandic TF-AMQ (current 2017 livery) https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-sVnEJW2c6bA/WA3KI25N0TI/AAAAAAAAMak/8pkUnq6iKyYHkOvhR9HEn5Ub98BHFN4zgCLcB/s320/TF-AMQ-2aa.jpg
  4. Hi Just curious.. On the front page it says "CDU button syncing is provided via the included Desk pilot CDU gauge". What exactly does that mean (if there is no FMS syncing available) ? Will both pilots be able to use a single CDU through CDU "gauge" ?
  5. Hi I tried DP tonight with a friend for the first time. We made sure ... - We both had SP1C - "enabledatabroadcast" was enabled - using the same exact aircraft with same config (directly from from the downloaded aircraft ..no changes) - same fuel/payload. - NGX CLDDRK config set as default startup config on both sides. - When connected in FSX (over VPN LAN through Hamachi), we had the DP CAPT and FO programs started and connected, and then after successful connection ..."enable shared cockpit" button was pressed on the server side. We had many issues and I don´t know why. I could control certain things on the overhead panel (like bleeds, packs etc) while my friend could not do the same on his side etc (desync) and he could control certain things while I couldn´t do the same...basicly some things where synced and some were not depending on who made the changes. Also on my friends side he told me his MCP and radios etc where all blanked out. I thought this was strange because the aircraft was all powered up at that time and the PFD/ND were also powered up and displaying as normal This can´t be normal, what are we missing here ?
  6. Hi all I have been waiting for a decent "shared cockpit" on a complex jet for a very long time and I´m very interested in this project. Especially since its a 737, the most popular passenger jet in the world (I think ?). I know about the Leonardo MD80 but from what I´ve seen is that it gets de-synced very easily, especially the radios. I´m really interested in knowing how you guys get around the FMCs not being synced ? The FMCs are used alot throughout a flight. In my opinion it would be extremely important that both pilots to have their FMCs synced so both pilots get correct information and not loose "situational awareness". So how do you get around this "problem" ? If you get a "cleared direct XXX " from ATC ....I assume both pilots would have to update their FMCs at the exact same time am I correct ? I hope some day the FMCs can be synced also
  7. I want each pilot to have independant control of only one monitor/view I guess that´s not possible. If anyone knows a way to do this or any workaround to make 2 pilots use the same flight sim (acting as PF/PM/Captain/First officer) without having to build an expensive full size cockpit... I would really like to know Gunni.
  8. Hi all I´ve got a question. It seems nobody has thought about this or is interested as I can´t find a single topic about this anywhere ... so here goes ... My goal is take make a dual pilot home cockpit..so to say. Not a complicated one, just basic/inexpensive setup for two pilots as I want to be able to practice MCC with a friend. I can setup two yokes/pedals etc ...two monitors (captain and first officers panels) ...even two mice pointers working on same computer (I found a program to do that). My only problem is that I can only pan one VC (Virtual cockpit) window within FSX at a time !. Only one window can be active at a time it seems. Do you guys have any solution to make it possible to "move" within two VCs individually at the same time in FSX ? I want to avoid using many monitors to do this if possible (only keep 2 monitors, captains and first officers monitors to begin with). I hope I made myself clear enough :-) Any suggestion (or alternative?) appreciated. Gunni P.s I´m not interested in FS2CREW, I want to have a real person flying with me (To simulate PF/PM interactions). I´ve also tried Leonardo MD80/82 but I´m not too happy with it (it doesn´t sync correctly and lots of problems come up when trying to make a full flight in it)
  9. Flying an airliner isn´t a single pilot job. Simulating airliner flight will never be realistic unless there are at least 2 pilots. So why hasn´t this feature been implemented in many payware products before ?? Why don´t FSX payware producers put more focus on implementing something like this instead of focusing way too much in "visual" detail (eye candy) ? ...if you know what I mean. Not that I´m anything against "visual" details, I´m just saying the priorities should be right. This feature would be SO useful for training etc. Not to mention it would be much more fun !. Airline pilots put really ALOT ! of focus on this. MCC, CRM, SOPs...basicly..flying an airliner is all about this ! I really really hope this feature will be implemented into the PMDG 737 NGX. As very few payware aircraft have this feature, I would easily pay 100 USD for a feature like this.
