It it appears that it is manually done. My above post might be your problem as well (emails be blocked by your ISP). Tegwyn will get you your reg number.
I got my reg key. Apparently my ISP was blocking the emails. I appreciated the response I got from Tegwyn on the matter. I take back my earlier responses to this. That is the right way to do business...thanks Tegwyn and I look forward to using VOXATC!
I have not received the reg number yet but I noticed today that the money was withdrawn from my account. If I do not receive an email today, I will email them again. This 3-4 day thing isn't really the way to do business in my opinion though.
I too, am in the same boat. Paid with Paypal 36hrs ago, have invoice #, emailed them as I thought this should be immediate and still nothing..? Yes...it is disappointing considering the price!
