Hey guys, How long does it take to get a reg number. I payed though PayPal , got a invoice number. Been waiting for the last 3 days for an email with my reg number...... Getting a bit disappointed......Justincyxe

I too, am in the same boat. Paid with Paypal 36hrs ago, have invoice #, emailed them as I thought this should be immediate and still nothing..? Yes...it is disappointing considering the price!

I did get an email from them with my reg number. They ask to make your it didn't go into my junk mail. I emailed the email address on the invoice from PayPal. I would email them if you have got it yet..Justin

I have not received the reg number yet but I noticed today that the money was withdrawn from my account. If I do not receive an email today, I will email them again. This 3-4 day thing isn't really the way to do business in my opinion though.

I got my reg key. Apparently my ISP was blocking the emails. I appreciated the response I got from Tegwyn on the matter. I take back my earlier responses to this. That is the right way to do business...thanks Tegwyn and I look forward to using VOXATC!

I paid this morning too and still have not received anything with a activation code in. Only thing I got was an email from paypal saying my payment had been made. Money has been taken too.Is it an automated service or manually done? I can't find any info on the VOXATC website saying if a code is supposed to be dispatched immediately.

It it appears that it is manually done. My above post might be your problem as well (emails be blocked by your ISP). Tegwyn will get you your reg number.

My main email address is actually a Hotmail account so it cant be blocked via my ISP as it's web based, I'm sure like you say that it's a manual system and can take a few days. I have emailed sales and send a contact via the website too. I'll wait a few days and see what happens.

Just received my email with the code. Apparently it should be automatic but it seemed to have got stuck for some reason. All registered now and ready to fly :D

I ordered voxatc yesterday (paypal) and until now I haven't received a regkey yet. The procedure to provide buyers with a key seems somewhat flawed. Normally, wehen buying online, one will get his/her key mostly within the hour.I mailed Voxatc on their site too, but still no reply whatsoever.Nothing is being blocked as far as I can detect.bit of a bummer

check your spam folder, mines ended up there 5 min' after I placed my order.
