…. So, I have finally pulled the trigger and purchased a new rig for MSFS with PMDG and ORBX add-ons. A Ryzen 7 5800x3d, Nvidia RTX 3090… with Corsair 32gb vengeance ram on an Asus ROG crosshair VIII Hero. A dedicated Samsung 2TB ssd for MSFS alone. Hoping to move my dials to ultra after 2 years of Ryzen 7 5200 and Nvidia 1080ti with 16gb ram…. Looking for recommendations on a solid monitor to pair with this rig….

I use P3dv4 with Active Sky for weather. REX SkyForce, UTLive for traffic, Aivlasoft EFB2 and SimBrief for planning. My problem is with the planning stage and finding "runway in use" for landing. Takeoff is pretty easy... I contact the tower, or tune into the local ATIS via P3dv4... however, landing runway almost always changes from those offered by ActiveSky, Aivlasoft EFB, or SimBrief and throws my pre-planned STAR and Approach out the window. I have ticked the ActiveSky "force ATC wind lock" as recommended to no avail. I DO realize that winds change... however, of my last 50 flights 48 of them have had P3dv4 ATC require a completely different runway. Since I use Ultimate Traffic Live, and all the P3d traffic is using the ATC recommended runways this becomes quite problematic. Any answers out there?

I am attempting to create a flight for my PMDG 737-800 on P3Dv4 and suddenly, nearly two years after purchasing and loading the software it is popping up the "activation" applet?? when I enter my serial it gives me an error: Activation library handle creation failed - (50003,71000,10104) .... I have attempted to reload the software and it goes into "repair/modify" but does not do any good. Please advise...
