Hi, thanks for reply.I read a lot of topics about that and the code i have is correct, starts with NGX8-But impossible to activate, I have the message ERROR: unable to activate communications. Contact PMDG SupportAnd after OK the message You don't have a valid licence for this product. I uninstalled PMDG and reinstalled it (with admin rights...)Same problem. I don't know what to do. Now I wait for an answer from PMDG support but maybe on Monday... Very disappointed and frustrated !

Hi, I bought this very nice game directly from PMDG.Downloaded and installed it.After starting FSX and a PMDG 737 plane system asked me to activate the product online ! I looked in my mail and found a licence NGX base package.Tried to activate with this licence code but I get the message :ERROR: unable to activate communications. Contact PMDG Support I clicked on OK and I get the message : You don't have a valid licence for this product.I run FSX as administrator.I asked support but I think they don't work the week-end ! I don' know maybe I did something wrong.If somebody has an issue. ThanksThierry
