Hi, I bought this very nice game directly from PMDG.Downloaded and installed it.After starting FSX and a PMDG 737 plane system asked me to activate the product online ! I looked in my mail and found a licence NGX base package.Tried to activate with this licence code but I get the message :ERROR: unable to activate communications. Contact PMDG Support I clicked on OK and I get the message : You don't have a valid licence for this product.I run FSX as administrator.I asked support but I think they don't work the week-end ! I don' know maybe I did something wrong.If somebody has an issue. ThanksThierry

The activation number is long, so the best way to get it would be to log into PMDG under your account and select your order previous orders. Once your into the order, look at the bottom of the page and it should be there under License: NGX8-xxx.xxx . . .. etc.

Now I wait for an answer from PMDG support but maybe on Monday... Very disappointed and frustrated !

I too have the same problem, only that I got to fly it yesterday, and now today my activation code is invalid. Im trying to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps. I'll let you know if that works

ok, I uninstalled, the reinstalled the program. This time it didnt even ask me for activation, and it is working fine. wierd

Also, opening a ticket with PMDG should resolve activation issues in an expedient manner!
