The problem is that the NOTAM doesn't kicks in that high or that far from the airport.Here is what happened:At about 40NM from KOBEK I was already instructed to decend bellow FL300. The PD option bought me a few miles, but it was not until around 30NM from LUCIA that I got the NOTAM warning. By then I was decending thru FL290 and was told to cross40nm from MEXICO at 15000, which I couldnt do because the next restriction on the chart, at SL30C, asks me to fly at FL250 and the next one, LUCIA at 16000.Fortunatelly at around 25NM from LUCIA I was told to contact approach, so I was able to ask for the full IAP approach and flew the rest of the app as published.
